Please ensure you read the following policies below:

DEPOSITS: A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required upon making a booking to secure your appointment. 48 hours notice is needed to reschedule your appointment, if changing appointment within this time frame your deposit will be voided.

CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellation within the 24hr mark to your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of your service.

LATENESS: There is a 15 minute grace period given, anything later than this will result in your appointment being cancelled, resulting in the cancellation fee being applied. Please message if you happen to be running late!

PAYMENT: CASH PAYMENT ONLY, please ensure you have the correct amount as change is not always carried.

Ultimate Beauty Co. will NOT infill another lash technicians work.

Please come to your appointments alone and prepared with no makeup, mascara, or strip lash glue!
